At Label Kamaliya, each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

As a standard policy, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged Product Exception
A return and refund will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible, you must:
- Email a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product to labelkamaliya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Ensure the video is continuous, unedited, and clearly captures the package being opened along with the damage to the product.
- Include your order number and contact details in the email.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or after the 48-hour period, will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Once we receive your email, our team will review the claim. If the damage is verified and approved, we will arrange the return (if required) and process the applicable refund.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size chart, fabric details, and care instructions before placing an order. If you need any assistance regarding sizing or product details, our team will be happy to help before your purchase.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are available for domestic orders within India only.
We recommend selecting a size up.
