No Return & No Exchange Policy
At Label Kamaliya, each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
As a standard policy, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size chart, fabric details, and care instructions before placing an order. If you need any assistance regarding sizing or product details, our team will be happy to help before your purchase.

Payment Policy
At Label Kamaliya, we offer secure and convenient payment options to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
*Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
* Debit Cards – All major bank debit cards are accepted.
* UPI Payments – Pay securely using any UPI-enabled app, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other supported UPI platforms.
* Net Banking – Available for select banks through our secure payment gateway.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout where the service is available.
Please note:
*Free shipping is not applicable on COD orders.
* An additional shipping and/or COD handling charge may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
* COD availability depends on the delivery location and order value.
* Label Kamaliya reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes, products, or orders.
Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely. Label Kamaliya does not store your card or banking details.
Order Confirmation
For prepaid orders, your order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received.
* For COD orders, your order will be confirmed once it has been successfully placed and verified, if required.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider first. You may also reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Policy
At Label Kamaliya, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time.
Order Processing
* Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
* Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
* Enjoy an additional ₹100 discount when you choose to pay online using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
* A flat shipping charge of ₹200 is applicable on all COD orders.
* Free shipping and the additional ₹100 prepaid discount are not applicable on COD orders.
* COD is available only for eligible PIN codes.
Delivery Timeline
* Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
* Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your shipment tracking details to monitor your package until delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate while placing your order. Label Kamaliya is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
